Guji Hambela — beans from the heart of Ethiopia, where volcanic soil and high-altitude air shape coffee that is anything but ordinary.
These beans are grown in the Hambela Goro region of Guji, at elevations between 2,100 and 2,400 meters above sea level. Dried using the natural process, the cherry stays intact under the Ethiopian sun, locking in deep sweetness and a heavy fruit-forward profile.
The cup opens with jasmine, settles into pear and apricot, and finishes with a soft mango undertone. As filter, it is clean, floral, and aromatic. As espresso, it shines with notes of orange blossom, blueberry, apricot, and molasses.
