**Store Working Days:**

 

From Monday to Friday.

The first four days of holidays are considered vacation for the store and do not count as working days.

Any mentioned working days in the remaining steps refer to the store"s working days.

 

**Customer Support:**

 

Customer support is available on working days via the approved communication mediums from 4 PM to 10 PM (and in Ramadan from 8 PM to 2 AM after midnight).

**Orders:**

 

- Before payment, the customer must review the available methods.

- Please read the product deion carefully before placing an order.

- After completing the order, modifications to the order are not possible. However, the customer can cancel the order themselves via the website before it is prepared.

- Once the order preparation or fulfillment has begun or a shipping policy has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or returned.

- In the product remarks section, customers can write their notes, and they will be implemented as much as possible but are not obligatory for the store.

- The product deion includes all known information about the product. If you have any inquiries or find missing information, please contact us through the available communication channels.

The customer must provide the store with a clear address that includes:

- The name

- The street and house number

- The neighborhood

- A prominent landmark near the address

Any missing information from these details is considered incomplete.

 

Shipping:

- The store does not modify the address and provides the shipping company with the address exactly as written by the customer.

- The order is handed over to the shipping company within three business days.

- Delivery will be made to the address or to the branch available in the customer"s city, depending on what is available with the shipping company.

- The estimated shipping time is approximate .

- The time is calculated after the order is handed over to the shipping company.

- Delay in shipping due to incomplete information relieves the store from responsibility for the delay.

- If the shipment is returned due to incomplete information, the customer bears the cost of returning the shipment to the store and reshipping it. The customer is responsible for contacting the store and informing them of the return within 3 working days. If this is not settled within 3 working days, the store is not responsible for storing the shipment and may dispose of it at its discretion.

- The store has the right to change the shipping company if it is in the best interest of the order (e.g., to expedite the shipping process).

- After the order is shipped, the customer must follow up with the shipping company to ensure receipt within the specified time.

- If the customer does not receive a tracking number message, it is their responsibility to contact the store to obtain it.

- In case of a delay caused by the shipping company, the store is responsible for compensation.
